MARK MIRSKY, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mark is a licensed CPA in Illinois. He also has a Master’s in Taxation from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He is a member of the AICPA, ILCPAS, Associate Board Member of the Bartlett Chamber of Commerce, Board member of Bartlett Travel Soccer Club, and a member of the Business Success Network of LeTip International. MICHAEL SUTCLIFFE, PARTNER Michael Sutcliffe is a founding member of ROI Business Services, LLC, who specializes in providing CFO controllership, and accounting services for small to mid-size manufacturing and service businesses optimizing cash flow and overall profitability. Prior to starting ROI, Mike was an owner/CFO in a successful start-up health care manufacturing company concluding with the sale of the business. His 20 years of financial experience includes raising capital, implementing accounting systems, developing comprehensive financial reports, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, product costing, long term strategic planning, implementing company risk management and benefit plans, and other functions as necessary in a start-up situation. Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. STEPHEN R. BROOKS, PARTNER
Stephen is a licensed CPA in Missouri and Illinois. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM and has the Personal Financial Specialist certification from the AICPA. Stephen has a Master's of Science in Taxation from the University of Illinois. Stephen graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington, with a major in Accounting and Finance and a minor in Psychology. Stephen is a member of the Missouri CPA Society (MSCPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. Stephen is also a co-founder of the St. Louis Suit Project a public charity (Section 501(c)(3)), www.thestlouissuitproject.org, and is a trustee of the Us Against Cancer organization, www.us-against-cancer.org.
KATHLEEN NAFFIER, TAX MANAGER
Kathy has a BS in Accounting from Elmhurst College and has served on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations. She is a member of the Geneva Tri-Cities chaper of LeTip International, Inc.
MARK S. GALLEGOS, TAX MANAGER 
Mark S. Gallegos has more than 14 years of experience providing sound tax advice. Mark specializes in partnership, S Corporation, C Corporation, individual, not-for-profit tax returns and multistate taxation and consulting. In addition Mark has extensive knowledge in the research and experimentation credit area as well as providing consulting with clients in this area. Mark has a wealth of experience working with clients from small business to large Fortune 500 companies. Mark can help in your tax planning but can also be your business advisor to help your business be successful. In addition to helping businesses he also has extensive experience and knowledge in helping individuals with income tax planning. Mark has worked extensively with not-for-profit organizations in his public accounting career. Besides providing sound business and tax advice to his clients, Mark has experience in tax controversy work in dealing with the IRS and state and local government agencies.
Mark is a licensed CPA in Illinois. He has a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University. Mark is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
JENNIFER MCDERMOTT, STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Jenny has two Associates Degrees from Moraine Valley Community College.

Sharon has a BS in Education and a MS in Sport Management from University of Illinois.
ADENA HEDEEN, STAFF ACCOUNTANT .jpg) Adena joined the ROI team in the summer of 2011. For the past 12 years, she was the Office Manager for a small software development firm and is very familiar with the needs of small businesses. She has extensive Peachtree knowledge and is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Her responsibilities include assisting of all our bookkeeping clients and supporting our tax preparation staff. Adena graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Economics.
DEANNE CONGIUSTI, STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Deanne Congiusti is one of the newest members at ROI Business Services, LLC. She recently graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and is currently taking classes towards her CPA and Masters Degree at Keller Graduate School of Management. Deanne has taken on tax duties, as well as office duties at ROI, and plans to continue forward within the accounting profession.

Mark W. Mirsky leads the Taxation and Management Advisory Services at ROI Business Services, LLC. Mark specializes in partnership, S corporation, and multistate taxation as well as assisting business startups, the acquisition and disposition of businesses, research and experimentation credit studies, international taxation, and real estate. While Mark works with companies in manufacturing/distribution, service firms, and related industries, he also represents a variety of clients including medical, technology and web based companies, construction companies, and individuals. Mark's background includes working in the international tax group at one of the largest accounting firms in the world and for two middle market firms focusing on closely held business serving as a firm wide resource for partnership taxation and multistate taxation.
Stephen R. Brooks is a partner in the ROI Business Services St. Louis office. Stephen works with individuals, trusts, and small to medium sized businesses and their owners in providing accounting, tax, financial planning, and consulting services. Since working in the private wealth group within one of the Big Four accounting firms, Stephen's skillset has been focused on providing comprehensive tax planning to high-net worth individuals that includes wealth management and transfer of wealth to subsequent generations. 
Kathy Naffier has been providing clients with tax, bookkeeping and accounting services for over eighteen years. While running her own accounting firm for 12 of those years, Kathy was well known throughout the Chicagoland area for her speaking engagements aimed at educating small businesses and individuals in tax planning and record-keeping. Kathy joined ROI in 2007 and heads our individual and closely held business practice. Due to Kathy's extensive background, ROI is able to provide our small business clients comprehensive accounting services, tax planning and consulting support.
Jennifer McDermott has more than six years of accounting experience, including 3 years of in-house accounting for a large, multistate corporation. At ROI, Jenny specializes in individual, gift and closely-held business tax preparation and compliance. Not just your typical accountant, Jenny has an RT(R) in Radiology which gives her keen insight into the business needs of our health care clients.
Sharon Mirsky has education and experience in the education and recreation fields. She joined ROI in 2008 to relieve Mark of some of the administrative duties of the business, and to help transition the growing business out of the house and into an office building.
